Products that have never been made of carbon fiber before will go through our R&D division. This includes a complete DFM review to make suggestions that will reduce cost in the long run. This review is completed by our in-house engineering team of mechanical, aerospace, electrical, and materials engineers. Once reviewed, the R&D process can begin with prototype tooling and product iterations as needed by the customer. We are set up to make rapid iterations so that this process can be quick and not break the bank. Do expect to budget approximately $10,000 to develop a new product.
