ARE THESE WALLETS COMFORTABLE IN YOUR POCKET?
Although Carbon Fiber is a rigid material, we have designed our products to be more comfortable than a comparable leather wallet. By using thin and flexible carbon fiber, our wallets bend and conform in your pocket. Additionally, our minimalist design results in a much thinner wallet that is more comfortable to sit on.
HOW LONG WILL THE WALLET LAST?
We use advanced materials for a reason; our carbon fiber exterior can be expected to outlast any fabric alternative and we back that with an industry leading return policy. In addition, our interiors are made with rip resistant materials and crafted by skilled American workers. We want this to be the last wallet you need to buy.
WILL THE RFID ALSO BLOCK MY ACCESS CARD?
The RFID blocking carbon fiber that we have sourced does not block most access control or proximity cards. Due to the wide variety of communication technologies we cannot provide exact detail on which cards will work with our products. WHAT BILLS DO YOUR WALLETS HOLD?
All of our products come with a pocket designed for your cash. Some of these pockets are standard billfolds, whereas others require the folding of your bills. To get a clear view of which product is best for your currency, read our currency guide.
WHAT IS THE FILM OVER THE MIDDLE OF THE WALLET/HOW WILL THIS AREA HOLD UP?
The film is a permanent layer that protects the middle of the wallet, or what we call the CF-Lex™ hinge. Please do not attempt to remove this film from your wallet as it will cause permanent damage. This film is perfect for protecting your wallet as it is UV, puncture, and chemical resistant. The same material is commonly used to protect helicopter blades, so you know it's strong stuff.
CAN YOU ENGRAVE IMAGES OR JUST TEXT?
For single wallet orders we only offer a 20 character text engraving. We do offer graphic engravings on any bulk order. If you would like to ask us any specific questions about our engraving capabilities please use the bulk order contact form.
WILL THE METAL LOGO TAG SNAG ON CLOTHING/PEEL UP?
Our metal logo tags go through two steps to ensure they are permanently bonded to the carbon fiber exterior. The first is the application of an industrial adhesive. The second is mechanically pressing the tag onto the edge of the wallet. This pairing makes the tag difficult to remove.
WHY DOES MY WALLET SPRING OPEN WHEN LYING FLAT?
Don’t worry, that will go away soon. When we first hinge the wallets, the fibers retain memory of their manufactured orientation. This makes the material resilient to folding flat. Over time the fibers adjust and the wallet will lie flat similar to leather alternatives.
ARE THE WALLETS WATERPROOF?
Yes they are! None of the materials that we use absorb or hold water. The same cannot be said about your cash, so we would still recommend taking your wallet out before taking a dip.
WHAT’S THE MAXIMUM AMOUNT OF CARDS I CAN PUT INTO A WALLET?

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY WALLET?
We process orders very quickly. If a product is ordered before 3PM on weekdays it will be processed the same day. For orders placed after hours or on weekends, classic wallets will be processed within 1-2 business days and custom wallets within 5-6 days. From there your wait time will be based upon shipping method.
WHAT PRODUCTS CAN I USE COUPON CODES ON?
Coupons can be used to purchase any full priced product on our site. Coupon codes cannot be used on products already marked on sale. Some coupons may have an order minimum of $20. Only one percentage-based coupon can be used at a time; they are not additive.
AM I RESPONSIBLE FOR DUTIES AND TAXES ON INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
Yes, you will be responsible for international duties and taxes upon delivery of your shipment. Typical cost for both is on average $15 USD. Please contact us before ordering if you would like to pre-pay duties and taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF A PACKAGE IS LOST IN THE MAIL?
If your package was shipped with insurance then a replacement will be sent via the same shipping method. You can choose to pay for an upgrade to a different shipping method if preferred. An insurance claim can not be filed on USPS First Class International mail until it has been one month since the ship date. Once a package has left our facility it is the responsibility of the shipping company to deliver. All inquiries must be taken up with them. Aside from USPS First-class mail - Domestic, all shipping methods are insured.
*Please note that First-class mail - International does not have a guaranteed delivery time frame and could take over a month. DHL Express is highly recommended for all international orders.
