Products that have never been made of carbon fiber before will go through our R&D division. This includes a complete DFM review to make suggestions that will reduce cost in the long run. This review is completed by our in-house engineering team of mechanical, aerospace, electrical, and materials engineers. Once reviewed, the R&D process can begin with prototype tooling and product iterations as needed by the customer. Expect to budget approximately $10,000 to develop a new product.
