Al or Steel tooling is required for pressed pre-preg parts and recommended for smaller pre-preg parts.  We can produce metal molds up to 15” x 30” in-house and work with a partner machine shop for larger tools when required.  These molds can be made with a polished or bead blasted finish.  Standard tolerance for metal tools is +/-0.010”.
