Common Fibers is seeking skilled and motivated Composite Technicians to join our team. We’re looking for individuals who are genuinely passionate about carbon fiber and composite manufacturing. Ideal candidates take pride in their work, have strong attention to detail, and are eager to develop their skills in a fast-paced, hands-on environment.
While this position relies on a high level of accuracy— being dependable, a solid team player, and having a positive mindset is just as important as the technical work.
Experience in composites is preferred but not required.
